We are looking for a technical leader who wants to build AI in the real world, where signals are imperfect, people are moving, systems fail, and decisions have consequences.
The Agentic Thalamus is not a research demo. It is an intelligence layer that must work around human state, operational context, physical environments, and trusted action. The first MVP is built. The next step is to turn it into a product that can be trusted by customers, used in the field, and improved through real deployment.
The CTO will internalize the product from external development, own the technical direction, build the engineering team, and take the MVP into a production-grade platform. This person needs strategic depth and practical execution. Senior enough to make strong architectural decisions, close enough to the product to understand the details.
We need someone who can keep the ambition high without making the system fragile. Someone who understands that speed matters, but trust, auditability, security, and reliability cannot be treated as decoration.
This role is for a builder. Someone who cares about quality, simplicity, responsibility, and the kind of technology that earns the right to be used in serious environments.
